JerMar Software Obtaining a new unlock code

This page contains information on how to obtain an unlock code using the automated unlock code responder.


The fastest, easiest way to receive a new or replacement unlock code is by using the automated system. Using this system allows you to receive a new or replacement unlock code anytime of the day or night, whenever you need one.  How do I use it?

Load the software product. On the initial screen where an 8 digit unlock code is requested, write down the serial number shown in the upper right corner of the screen.

Close the software product.

Open an email message.

In the subject line of the email, place the name you used to register the product. This would be the same name printed on the receipt you received via email after purchasing the software online. After the name, place a colon and then your serial number you wrote down in the previous step. For example:

John Doe:85371811


Nothing else should be on the subject line.

The body of the email should contain the email address you used when you registered the product. This would be the same email address printed on the receipt you received via email after registering the software online. Nothing else should be in the body of the email --only the email address.

Here is an example of how the format of the email may look:

Send the email. You will receive a response immediately.

Note: If you do not remember your old email address you registered with or you think it may be one of several and cannot remember which, it is OK to list all the email addresses you think you may have used onto separate lines in the body of the message.
